The days I spent with the team in Baia Mare were exceptional. I believe that I did my little part in making this project, meeting students from different schools and creating informative activities for them more exciting and fun. I met people that soon became my friends, and even though we only spent roughly two months together we still keep in touch, and the connection we have will last a lifetime. This volunteering experience made me want to participate in other volunteering projects as well. Traveling to a new country, meeting new people, creating connections, exploring a new culture, and doing more for society is the sum that comes from volunteering and I am willing to do more of it.
