”I did many volunteering projects with disadvantaged children before. However, I have never felt that I could actually ‘touch someone’s life, that dense. Having expectations is not an obstacle on the way of happiness making a smile on a child dispels all the expectations. It helps you how to have fewer expectations from life and live in the present. During my project, the students gave me most of the motivation, and helped me to feel more confident and gave me the ability to improve my learning pattern to apply them in different situations. While planning the activities, I developed my time and information management skills effectively, learned how to process knowledge and learning needs, identify available opportunities. I also gained knowledge on the importance of informal education and responsibility of involving youth in community.
